As one of only a handful of companies that are REPS, Active IQ, HSE and ISRM approved and accredited, BABY Training is fast becoming a leading provider of training solutions for individuals and companies in London and UK.
We work with many organisations of all sizes to provide individually tailored training for staff. BABY Training offer courses ranging from the 7 week Full Personal Trainer course; covering anatomy and physiology, cardiovascular and resistance training principles, flexibility and posture; to the one day Level 1 Kettlebells Instructor course. All courses come with support from our highly experienced and customer-focused staff who have your satisfaction as their top priority.
