If you prefer face-face contact combined with home study, and you're able to travel to London then the Blended Learning courses are great for you. If you can't travel to London and you're organised, focused, self-motivated and have previous related experience, then we recommend our Distance Learning courses.

Level 2 Fitness Courses
We currently run all fitness courses at the weekend only, so you spend the gym time practising, rather than in a classroom learning theory.
These courses are great starters for those who want a basic knowledge of health and fitness for specific members of the population. The Fitness Instructor course is the first step for people who want to become personal trainers.
