Health and Safety Training Courses We Provide

Welcome to our Health and Safety courses. We're not just about fitness courses! We believe that a safe working environment is important to everyone, not just those involved in fitness.

Our courses are designed around you and your needs. For example, wherever you work and your whatever your occupation, we will focus on situations that you might come across in real life and how to handle them.

You will receive a manual and HSE Approved official certificate on successful completion of each course and they are valid for 3 years.

The ISRM Pool Plant Operators course is for leisure facilities that have one or more pool and need staff training in pool testing protocol the basics of pool plant operations including health and safety aspects.

  • HSE and ISRM Approved Training

  • First Aid at Work (3 day) and Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day) includes Lunch and Refreshments at the famous Michelin recommended Hoxton Apprentice

  • Training locations are flexible and can take place in the Hoxton Apprentice, one of our gym venues or your workplace

  • Tutors with over 10 years experience of teaching First Aid

  • First Aid course prices include certificate, manual and First Aid student pack

    A comprehensive 3 day first aid training course that will prepare you for a variety of emergencies and situations in the workplace.

    Price includes hot Lunch at the famous Hoxton Apprentice who recently served dinner to Her Majesty The Queen. Clients have a choice of freshly made soups and a wide variety of sandwiches (with vegetarian options), complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits.

    Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day course)

    A basic training course that covers subjects such as CPR, bandaging, and dealing with accidents.

    Price includes Lunch at the famous Hoxton Apprentice.

    Leisure facilities with swimming pools need to have staff trained to perform regular pool tests to maintain the quality of pool water. This course offers the necessary training to provide staff with the skills and knowledge to accurately analyse water quality.
