Nutrition and Weight Management Advice

This Level 3 module is for those who are at Level 2 or above and want to learn in much more detail about how food affects exercise and our lives in general. It will earn you 20 CPD points for your REPS registration and get you to REPS 3. This is a distance learning course studied via E-Learning and supporting videos.

Assessment

Externally assessed multi-choice theory paper and a externally set internally marked case study consisting of short answer questions
